Sarah Beth holds a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling along with a bachelor’s degree in Health Promotion. Sarah Beth has been a part of the health field for years and has a passion to create balance and connection between one's mental, physical, and spiritual self. Sarah Beth has a passion for working with adolescents, teenagers, and young adults presenting with eating disorders, body dysmorphia, anxiety, depression, self-esteem issues, body image challenges, and women’s issues. She believes in helping clients to learn how to love and fully embrace themselves. She works alongside the client to identify attainable goals that are important to them. Sarah Beth’s main goal is to help clients find freedom and hope by helping the client create a healthy relationship with themselves and their bodies. Sarah Beth utilizes person-centered therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy, narrative therapy, mindfulness therapy, family and dialectical behavioral therapy, and spirituality when requested in her sessions. Sarah Beth values using empathy, understanding, patience, and encouragement when working with clients.
